Evogym needed a centralized digital platform to manage their expanding member base. Their existing system for handling subscriptions, payments, and class bookings was fragmented, leading to administrative bottlenecks and a poor member experience.

I developed a comprehensive fitness membership portal using React and Node.js. The platform provides members with a self-service dashboard to manage their subscriptions, seamlessly book classes, and process payments securely. The administrative side offers tools for tracking attendance, managing schedules, and analyzing retention metrics.

The streamlined digital experience significantly reduced administrative workload while improving member satisfaction, directly contributing to increased customer acquisition and higher retention rates.
